What we do
01 - Extrusion
A screw melts the granulate, a circular die extrudes it into a tube, and air inflates it into a bubble. Take-off roller speed sets the thickness.
02 - Printing
Film runs between the printing cylinder and the anilox roller. We print on one or both sides - smaller runs go through screen printing, where making the screens wouldn't pay off.
03 - Converting
A sealing jaw welds the film and separates the finished piece. Bottom seal from tubing, side seal from half-tube. Packed loose in boxes, or on perforated rolls.
04 - Regranulation
We grind production film waste into regranulate and feed it back into extrusion. We use most of it ourselves and sell the surplus.

Products
From your specification to the finished roll. Width 80 to 2,000 mm, thickness from 13 µm, printing in up to six colors, made to your requirements.
Flat film, half-tube, and tubing, supplied in the format that fits the application and packaging method.
Anti-slip embossing for more stable palletizing.
Fully perforated HDPE film for ventilation and cooking processes.
Width 100 mm, thickness 0.05 or 0.1 mm, roll length from 250 m. Red-white, on request printed NO ENTRY.
Bottom or side seal, packed loose in boxes or on rolls.
Thickness 0.03-0.09 mm, width 160-600 mm, height 200-800 mm. Color variants, reinforced or standard handle, with or without print.
Screen printing for smaller runs, flexographic printing in up to six colors.
Made from our own film waste. Available clear, black, or white.
We produce at the tripoint of Czechia, Slovakia and Poland. From there we ship film and packaging to Germany, Austria and Denmark as well.
