Operations

From granulate to finished product.

Five operations under one roof in Mosty u Jablunkova - extrusion, printing, flexographic printing, converting and regranulation. Film waste from production goes straight back into the process.

  1. 01

    Extrusion

A screw melts the granulate, a circular die extrudes it into a tube, and air inflates it into a bubble. Take-off roller speed sets the thickness.

  2. 02

    Printing

Screen printing for smaller runs where making printing screens wouldn't pay off. Up to 6 colors, A4 format, printed on film, garments, or paper.

    Flexographic printing

Film runs between the printing cylinder and the anilox roller, printed on one or both sides. 6 colors, print width up to 1,200 mm.

  4. 04

    Converting

A sealing jaw welds the film and separates the finished piece. Bottom seal from tubing, side seal from half-tube. Packed loose in boxes, or on perforated rolls.

    Regranulation

We grind production film waste into regranulate and feed it back into extrusion. We use most of it ourselves and sell the surplus.
