Privacy Policy.

This document explains what personal data we process on the Vitalplast website, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the GDPR. It concerns only the contact form - this website does not use cookies or any visitor tracking.

Who is the data controller

The data controller is VITALPLAST, odštěpný závod, TENIS HOTEL VITALITY, a. s., Company ID (IČ) 28602765, registered at Mosty u Jablunkova 30, 739 98 Mosty u Jablunkova, Czech Republic (referred to as "Vitalplast" or "we"). What data we process and why

We process personal data solely in connection with the contact form on this website. When you write to us through it, we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number and, if provided, the text of your message. The sole purpose of this processing is to handle your inquiry and respond to it.

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or any other visitor tracking. The processing described in this document is the only one that takes place on the website.

Legal basis for processing

We process data from the contact form on the basis of pre-contractual negotiations and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and on the basis of the consent you give by checking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How we handle the data and who sees it

The submitted data is sent by email to obchod@vitalplast.cz and handled by Vitalplast's sales department, which processes the inquiry. The website application does not store any data in a database - once the email leaves the form, no copy remains on the website's server. We do not pass your data to any other third party or use it for any purpose other than handling your inquiry.

The one exception is the map of our registered office shown in the contact section: the map tiles are loaded from the CARTO CDN service (basemaps.cartocdn.com), so your browser's IP address is technically transmitted to its operator when the map is displayed. This is the standard way a map service works, not tracking - Vitalplast does not obtain or further process any data from it. The website's fonts and scripts are self-hosted; no other third parties are involved in processing your data.

How long we keep the data

We keep the data from the contact form for the duration of handling your inquiry and any related business communication, stored in the controller's email inbox. Once the communication has ended, we delete the data without undue delay, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example in the case of a concluded contract.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

access the data we process about you,
rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten"),
restriction of processing,
object to the processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz) if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully.

Security

Data transmitted between your browser and the website's server is protected by an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection. Only Vitalplast's sales department has access to submitted inquiries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the way we process data changes. The current version is always available on this page.
